Marino Formenti, in reference to the Nowhere project, claims that “the stage is life and life is a stage.” Inspired by this creative concept, I have designed a concert experience in which life will be the backdrop of the performance in a week long concert. I will share one recording every day along with my thoughts about each piece. The music will be interspersed with opportunities for conversation where we can talk about music, share thoughts and impressions, and discuss the experiences, truths, and realities music creates.
